PARITER. — share the burn, keep the memory. Every workout is a creator’s own video, played through their official player, approved by a person before it reaches anyone. Rooms are never recorded. Training content here is general education, not medical advice.

Guide · Starting out

Ten-minute workouts at home that are actually ten minutes

Ten minutes is the most searched workout length and the most misdescribed one. Half the videos titled 'ten minutes' run fourteen with an intro and a sales pitch. Here is how to use ten minutes well, and where the honest ones are.

What ten minutes is for

Ten minutes will not replace a training programme, and it does not need to. It is enough to move every muscle, raise a pulse, and keep a habit alive on the days a longer session is not happening. The people who train for years are the ones who never let a zero day become a zero week.

It is also the right length for the first two weeks of anything. Finish ten, feel like you could do more, come back tomorrow.

Timed from the video, not the title

The shelf reads the real duration from the video file. A class on the ten-minute shelf is between eight and twelve minutes of playing time, whatever the thumbnail says. Each card also shows what the reviewer saw you need: nothing, a mat, or a pair of dumbbells.

Stack two when you have twenty

Two ten-minute classes back to back, one strength and one mobility, is a complete session. Pariter's calendar lets you schedule both to one slot and a room plays them in order for everyone in it.

Same time every day

Ten minutes fits in the slot that already exists: after the kettle goes on, before the shower, when the laptop closes. Pick one and attach the workout to it. A reminder the day before does more than motivation.

Questions

Is a ten-minute workout enough to get results?
Enough to keep a habit and to move well. Whether it is enough for a goal depends on the goal; that is a question for someone qualified who knows you, not a web page.
Are these free?
Yes. Every class plays in the creator's own player, and the shelf has no paid tier.
What if I have twenty minutes?
There is a twenty-minute shelf timed the same way, and a thirty-minute filter on the library.
