PARITER. — side by side, at the same time. Every workout is a creator’s own video, played through their official player, approved by a person before it reaches anyone. Rooms are never recorded. Training content here is general education, not medical advice.

The guide

What everything in here actually does.

Pariter has a lot of surfaces and most of them only make sense once someone tells you what they are for. This is that list. Nothing below is a feature that is still being built.

In one line: pick a session, put it on a real day, and train it at the same time as someone else. Everything else supports one of those three.

Start here

If you only ever open three things, open these.

  • Today

The one screen that answers what you are meant to do right now, and nothing else.

Open it when: Open the app with no particular plan.

  • Guided workouts

Ten follow-along sessions with a timer that counts you through every movement. Most need no equipment.

Open it when: You want to train in the next minute and do not want to choose anything.

  • Your plan

A multi-week plan built around the goal and the days you gave at sign-up. It is built once and stays put, so you always know what week you are in.

Open it when: You want a structure to follow rather than a session to pick.

Ways to train

Different answers to the same question, depending on how much you want to decide.

  • Library

Free workout videos, each one watched and approved by a person before it appears. Filter by style, length and muscle.

Open it when: You know roughly what you want and would rather choose it yourself.

  • Bodyweight

The common movements that need nothing but floor space, with the muscles each one works.

Open it when: You are away from home, or you own nothing.

  • Learn the exercises

Every movement in the app on its own page: how to do it, what it works, what people get wrong, and easier and harder versions.

Open it when: A movement came up and you are not sure you are doing it right.

  • Gentle mobility

Low-intensity movement for days you should not train hard.

Open it when: You are sore, tired, or coming back from a break.

  • Calendar

Your sessions on real days. Drag one to a different day, or tap it to move it.

Open it when: Life moved and the week needs rearranging.

With other people

The part that makes a habit stick when willpower runs out.

  • Live

Rooms where people train at the same time. You can put a video on the big screen for everyone, or put yourself on it and lead.

Open it when: Training alone is the reason you keep stopping.

  • Move

Finds someone whose schedule, level and goal actually line up with yours, and says in plain words why.

Open it when: You want a training partner rather than an audience.

  • Groups

Small communities with their own challenges and standings.

Open it when: You want people who notice when you miss a week.

  • Community feed

What people you follow have been doing.

Open it when: You want the social part without the comparison.

  • Messages

Direct conversations with people you have matched or trained with.

Open it when: Arranging a session with someone.

Keeping it going

Measured against your own target and nobody else's.

  • Progress & streak

Your own weekly target and the streak of weeks you have met it. Measured against you, never against anyone else.

Open it when: You want to know whether the habit is holding.

  • The board

Ranks and badges earned over time — for consistency, for showing up, for leading a room.

Open it when: You like a reason to keep the run going.

  • Food

General guidance on eating around training. Education, not a meal plan and not medical advice.

Open it when: Training is going fine and the rest of the day is not.

Trainers

Both sides of it.

  • Trainers

Coaches who have set up a profile here: what they teach, their level, their languages.

Open it when: You want someone qualified watching you, not an algorithm.

  • Trainer studio

Where a trainer builds their own profile and goes live. Paid one-to-one sessions are not switched on yet.

Open it when: You are the one doing the coaching.

Your account

The unglamorous but important part.

  • Account & data

Change your details, export everything the app holds about you, or delete the account outright.

Open it when: Any time. The export and the deletion both really work.

  • Trust & safety

How videos get approved, what is never allowed, and how to report something.

Open it when: You want to know who decides what you are shown.

  • Privacy

What is stored, what is shared, and what is never recorded. Live rooms are never recorded.

Open it when: Before you turn a camera on.

Two things worth knowing

  • Every video and every exercise here was approved by a person. If the library looks small, that is the reason, and it is on purpose.
  • None of this is medical advice. It is general training education. If something hurts, stop, and ask someone qualified.
