Training alone is boring
Train together, online.
Press play on the same workout at the same second with people you invite. Share the burn, keep the memory. Free, cameras optional, never recorded.
How it works
- 01
Pick a workout
Any class in the library, or one of the ten guided sessions. Every one was watched and approved by a person first.
- 02
Open a room and invite someone
One tap makes a room and a link. Send the link, or the ready-made message with the time in their timezone. They need a free account and nothing else.
- 03
Press play together
The host's player leads; everyone else's follows to the same second. Pause, skip back ten seconds, swap the video — the room stays in step.
- 04
Keep the memory
When the class ends, the done page shows who finished with you and what you trained. That is the part you remember.
What you need
- · A phone, tablet or laptop with a browser. No app to install.
- · A free account, so the people in the room know who is there.
- · Floor space. Most classes need nothing else; the card says when one does.
- · Turned sideways, a phone gives the workout the whole screen.
Questions
- Do I need a camera?
- No. Camera and microphone are off until you turn them on, and voice-only or camera-off are first-class ways to be in a room.
- Is it recorded?
- Never. There is no recording feature. If that ever changes, every participant is asked first, per session.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. The library, the rooms, the guided sessions and the plans are free.
- Where does the video come from?
- The creator's own YouTube player, embedded. Nothing is downloaded, re-hosted or stripped of ads, and the creator is credited on every page.
- How many people can be in a room?
- A few. Rooms are built for a handful of people who know each other, not a broadcast to a crowd.
