Glute bridge — drive through the heels, squeeze

Coaching cues

  • Pull the free knee to your chest and hold it there
  • Drive through the heel on the floor
  • Keep your hips level, don't let one side drop
  • Squeeze the working glute at the top

Common mistakes

  • Hips tilting or rotating toward the free leg
  • Overarching the lower back to fake height
  • Pushing off the toes instead of the heel
